  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring that any apparel is unworn and supplements are in their original containers.

  Drop Off and Process

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
